KC was with us every step of the way...answering questions and going above and beyond when our home wasn't ready on time. We are very please with KC and her help. We have already recommended her to family members! KC exceeded our expectations when our home was not complete by the terms of the contract, she worked hard at getting us a hotel stay, movers, kennels for our dogs, etc. She made a potentially difficult situation easier by handling every detail for us.

KC Robinson is simply amazing!

I recently sold my condo in Boise and KC Robinson of Windermere Real
Estates Professionals was my agent. She was also my agent when I
bought my place 10 years ago.

I was out of town while my place was on the market and KC made my life
a breeze! Since I was gone, she was able to show the place anytime and
hold Open Houses as well...just a couple reasons it was sold after
only being on the market for 30 days!!! Having KC as a buffer to
handle all the traffic and questions buyers had was a huge stress

KC is simply AMAZING - she helped us every step of the way. Communication is key in transactions like house selling and KC was on top of it. IF we had questions or concerns she listened. I could email her or call her and she would always answer. If any news good or bad came up she was there. I know she has many clients but during our process the attention she gave made me feel like I was her only client (in a good way.) We had the pleasure of uses her for almost 5 years ago to buy a house and now recently to sell that house - and even though each transaction was different seeing her represent us both times was incredible. She connects with her clients - you never feel like you are just a name on a list for her. She is strong and compassionate about what she does.
